goes on or not - Our festivals are rain or shine. Should the festival be cancelled for reasons 
we cannot control, your sponsorship dollars go to the charity nevertheless

$50.00-100 - festival individual/corporate/band sponsorship - a graphic or text listing on this site page, your business name listed on our festival posters, programs and printed materials. Individual or family sponsors will be listed on their own page. 1 free ticket to current festival per $50 donation. $100+ donation receives Angel Sponsor listing as well.

individual festival sponsorships or sponsorships under $50 do not include a free concert pass, but do include listings on the web and in our concert programs

you may make sponsorships over $100 by changing the number from 1 to 2 or higher of each donation option below once you're in the shopping cart page

Monetary donations of $500+ are designated as a premier sponsors. Those sponsors have priority promotion and recognition of their generosity and will have their own web page advertisement linked from their sponsorship listing on the fest pages, a full page in our concert programs, priority listing in our 6 full-color ads in Weekender entertainment guide leading up to the day of the festival, along with 10 concert passes per $500 donation.

General Donations of Services or Merchandise

*Services/merchandise sponsorships - Services would include items needed to organize or produce the concert/festival, e.g, sound and lights, lavs, security personnel, insurance needs, printing services, etc. Please contact us if you are donating services or merchandise
Concert passes are not available for other than monetary donations, which are donated to the charity after expenses. If you wish a receipt for tax purposes, please send us your request to the address listed below, stating the cost value of your donation with a SASE.

We are a non-profit charity organization
we are in the business of raising money for charity - we keep no funds from any event we present. All profits are donated and can be verified by the charity organization.

fest sponsorships- these may tax deductible as charitable donations or business deductions. bands who donate performances for the benefit of the charity in whose name we are presenting a festival may consider their performances a deduction for charitable donation and must submit a form for signature. Corporate sponsors may submit a tax form to us for signature stating the amount of their contribution or underwriting of our festival.

Community support of our association, member support, donations to our organization in support of our charity fund-raising efforts - ***While contributions or gifts to our organization itself are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes, they may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.  Donations to the organization that are being given directly to and specifically for, a charity after each concert or fundraising event may be considered charitable contributions. please check with your tax advisor.
