Vintage theme Greeting Cards and Stationery Graphics Design

Custom 5x7 Greeting card designs, vintage themes
non-commercial, non-reproduction for resale use

If you'd like to provide your own photos or images, you may do so, as long as
you can verify that it is your copyright or not under copyright by anyone else.
*We create our own line of greeting cards with contemporary, original
paintings and drawings, therefore, our art not available as card or printable designs

We create custom-designed vintage and fantasy themed graphics for your use in your creation of your business's greeting cards sized appropriately for printing to the standard 5x7 greeting card size.

Your image will be for the front artwork only, full bleed. Placement of the graphic on greeting card templates, inner text, etc. will be designed by your printing company or provided in your Word or other templates programs according to your tastes. Images will be created as high quality .png, tiff or .jpg format, whichever you or your printing company might prefer. Both formats are excellent for your printing, and will be created in 300+ dpi for high quality output. Files will not be compressed in order to maintain the highest quality of the color imagery and are in "full bleed" format (background color covers the edges of the card)

We can custom create images for commercial greeting card use (selling greeting cards for any project is commercial use). Fees and conditions for use are available by email.

These would be created in a theme stated by your company or with images you provide. As above, design is for the image properly sized for a 5x7 card, and you or your commercial printer would add text for inside the card, using whatever format required by your printer. You are ordering the cover graphic design. We can create text images for the sentiments inside your cards in sizes you specify in pixels by special order

Greeting cards are vintage/victorian based designs, original photographs or drawings or a combination. Our copyright must be visibly printed on the back of each printed card. It is required that we receive a final hard copy of the actual greeting card prior to commercial use printing for our files.

****Commercial fees and terms of use are quotable by email on a per project/per printing run basis
Please let us know if you are providing your own images, fees and terms vary accordingly
Fees for creation of
personal/home use greeting card designs are $25 per printable design
 -card cover only

All projects are created in PaintShop Pro and test-printed on an HP color printer. This info is useful in choosing or communicating with your printing company, as output from my printer might be different than the output on the printer used on your end, and is something to think about prior to requesting graphic design.

Greeting card final printable cover image sizes:
825 x 1125 pixels for portrait view
1125x825 pixels for landscape view
These finished graphics sizes will output this size - 5.5 x 7.5, trimmed to 5 x 7
You would need to specify whether you'd need a landscape or portrait view graphic (tall card or wide card)

You can then print your greeting card using your favorite word or avery greeting card template, or a commercial printing company if you wish.

Printing Your Own Greeting Cards and sample printable

Once you've added your custom graphic to a greeting card template that will be used to create your half page card, you can print using these instructions if you're using an HP printer:

The following instructions are for HP color inkjet printers, which load from the front. If your printer loads from the back, consult your printer's user guide for instructions. Print a test page before using the greeting card paper. Create your custom card by placing your graphic onto the greeting card template you choose.
